Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of the Marine Tally website and service. Provider: Marine Tally.

The service

Marine Tally provides software agents that read incoming requests, check stock and prepare replies, supplier emails and invoices for the customer’s business. The scope, price and agents included are set in the customer’s order or pilot agreement.

Your control over the agents

• In assistant mode nothing is sent until a person on your side approves it.
• Autopilot is switched on only by you, for the agents and channels you choose, and can be switched off at any time.
• Every action of an agent is recorded in the journal available to you.
• AI output can contain mistakes. You remain responsible for what your business sends to its customers and suppliers.

Accounts and access

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You grant the service only the access it needs, for example one mailbox folder and your stock list, and you can withdraw that access at any time.

Your data

Your data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the service and these terms and will tell customers about material changes in advance by email.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Finland.
